Integrations

Custom Integrations

Connect the systems you already use — banks, payment processors, KYC providers, CRMs and internal tools — so staff are not copying data between screens.

What you get

Built to be easy to use, and easy to live with

Beyond our remittance and core banking platforms, we build the joins: APIs, middleware and carefully scoped replacements for awkward legacy tools. If a provider is not in our standard stack, we can still wire it in.

The tools you already pay for

We connect banks, processors, KYC and CRMs rather than asking you to rip everything out.

Clean joins, not fragile spreadsheets

APIs and middleware move data the same way every time, with room to see what failed and why.

Room for older systems

If a core tool cannot be replaced this year, we still look for a safe way to sit it next to newer software.

Support after it goes live

Providers change endpoints. We stay on the integration so a silent break is not your first warning.

How it works

A clear path from first call to ongoing care

  1. 01

List the systems and the gaps

We write down what must flow where: customers, payments, KYC status, reports — and what can stay manual.

  2. 02

    Agree the contract

Each join has a clear payload, failure path and owner, so the build is not a moving target.

  3. 03

Build and test with real cases

We test the awkward rows, not only the happy path: failed KYC, delayed payouts, duplicate customers.

  4. 04

    Watch it in production

After go-live we monitor the integration and adjust when a provider changes their API.

Questions

Straight answers before you book a call

Which providers can you connect?

Our platforms already include partners such as Shufti Pro, Didit and Fena. Any extra bank, processor, KYC provider or CRM can be added on request.

Can you work with a system that has no modern API?

Often yes, with file drops or a small middleware layer. We will be honest if a tool is too closed to integrate safely.

Is this only for remittance?

No. We also connect tools around core banking, CRMs and operational systems for other UK businesses.
